Labor Matters

In Mexico, labor laws regulate the relationship between workers and employers, including contracts, working conditions, rights and obligations, and procedures for resolving disputes.

The Federal Labor Law (LFT) is the legal basis, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) is the main authority on the matter.
